The Raptors of the Rockies is a non-profit organization that opened its doors in 1988. They are on a great mission to first and foremost properly care for permanently disabled birds of prey as well as to educate everyone about the life and care of these birds of prey. They are also on a mission to promote the life of these birds and to get respect and admiration for the birds. This organization also wants to promote the conservation and the habitat preservation for their wild birds. This bird zoo has a way for visitors to adopt a wild bird to help support the zoo as well as has different programs for visitors to enjoy.
